Orders Under 40€/40CHF (EU/Switzerland): Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs. Shipping rates are dynamically calculated based on the shipping address and will be displayed during checkout.

Orders Over 40€/40CHF (EU/Switzerland): We offer free standard economy shipping for orders exceeding 40€/40CHF.

International Orders (EU): Customer will be responsible for additional taxes and fees for final delivery from customs or their post office. This is something we're working on and plan to enhance soon.
Shipping Schedule:

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM CET will be processed and ready to ship on the same business day. Please note that this does not guarantee same-day pickup by the carrier. If the carrier cannot pick up the order on time, it will be shipped the following business day.

Orders After 12 PM: Orders received after 12 PM CET will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
B2B/Wholesale Orders:

Standard Lead Time: The standard service level agreement (SLA) for B2B or wholesale orders is 4 business days.

Order Timing: For orders received before 12 PM CET, the 4-day processing period begins on the same business day. For orders received after 12 PM CET, the processing period begins on the next business day.

Tracking and Freight: Tracking information or freight scheduling details will be provided by the end of the 4th business day.
